• Our new, smaller hot gas welding machine measuring 900 x 1500 mm impresses with a significantly smaller footprint and increased production capacity.
• The minimal dimensions enable seamless integration into the injection molding process, which optimizes processes and reduces overall costs for our customers. The resulting just-in-time production reduces storage costs and increases flexibility. 

We use our 3 hot gas welding machines at the Seevetal location for the production of small series of all weldable components and thus achieve quantities of up to 200,000 per year.

The quality of each batch is ensured through ongoing monitoring and documentation of the welding process. 

We also offer all options for component production and processing in the area of conventional mechanical engineering. 

Our CNC, turning and milling machines produce both prototypes and small series. Almost 95 % of all components can be completely manufactured at our production site. This creates a very high level of vertical integration and allows the components to be adapted quickly at any time.
